Shipping policy

We’re currently only shipping within Canada as we’ve had to pause shipments to the U.S. due to recent tariffs and cross-border restrictions.  

Ships on same or next business day and in transit with carrier for 1-9 days, typically. 

Carriers used include FedEx, Canpar, Purolator, UPS, USPS, Canada Post, and Maritime-Ontario.

Standard Shipping to Canada and USA

We offer our customers a reduced flat shipping rate of $10 which is built into our online shopping cart.

Expedited Shipping

Customers can contact us if they’d like to request expedited shipping. Extra charges may apply.

International Orders and Shipping

Customers can contact us if they’d like to request a delivery outside of the United States or Canada. Extra charges may apply.

Exceptions

Certain remote areas may not be eligible for standard or expedited shipping rates, depending on the type of order and package size. These areas may include, but not be limited to Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and countries outside North America. In such cases, the customer would be contacted and presented with options, including covering an additional portion of the shipping costs or an order cancellation with full refund.
