Refund policy

At Fabric Fox, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date, with the following exceptions.

• Pieces under 10 meters in length
• Product that has been cut, dyed, washed, damaged, or in poor condition
• Product that is in un-sellable condition, including, but not limited to items that are dirty, wrinkled, contaminated with hair, or emit a smokey or other offensive smell
  
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

Once we've received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you to confirm whether you are eligible for a refund. Approved returns will be credited via the original form of payment, within 1-3 weeks after they are received.
